Just kinda wanted to know how the raid went this past weekend. Did anyone get anything good? How many bosses were downed? Who attended? Anything that anyone could give would help out a ton. Once again, sorry I couldnt have been there. I should be able to be there this weekend. If anyone can or can't be there, please post to let others know...

Well thats sounds pretty cool. Sounds like we can get the huntsman down all the time though, one good thing to take out of it. Hopefully before Saturday we can keep trying to get Rols and Seif keyed and that will at least be two more healers that can be ready to go.

Well hopefully by your 30th run you will get your next peice. You are still getting badges though and those can go a long way.
By the way, I was looking at who we have keyed last night and we have 10 people tagged for raid. I know all those won't sign on all the time but its good to know. Now that Rols is keyed we have two healers, two tanks and we just need the DPS

how many and what spots are we consistently short, now? i'll start keeping an eye out for possible recruits - pretty much, anyone who is keyed, or damn close...and not an idiot.

Healers are what we are hurting the most for, priests in particular. As far as DPS we could probably use a lock or two. Feel free to recruit more because I'd love to have 2 groups going. Just make sure the not an idiot part is take care of.

the 'not an idiot' part is the safest, don't worry. i won't even send a tell to a moron, much less a guild invite. i'll keep an eye out for priests and locks...seems we could use a paladin or two, as well. if we're looking to get a second group going soon, though, i won't limit invites to classes we need for our first group. if it works for you guys, i'll start rounding up all the capable, mature people i can find, without any class discrimination also, if we find ourselves a bit short and need a few people from group one to run with group two, i'll be happy to...heh come on, new gear.

I wouldn't go worrying about a 2nd group till we can at least get a constant capable first group.

So, yeah. I've got about 3 weeks left here, and then I'll be back in the US. I'll be able to raid then. I know we need more priests, but I can heal with fast net and a little gear tweaking. Patience.

excellent, our first group is looking pretty solid, then. i was hoping we were gonna get something together last night, but i ended up fighting with my computer from 3 until about 11 at night...here i am, the next morning, *still* re-installing the game. bleh. so, if you guys went, and i missed it, i'm sorry. i wasted a whole day battling with a virus called storage protector for control of my own machine

Hey, jsprocket, here's a BIG tip: you can actually copy all of WoW's program files straight from the Program Files folder onto an external (if you have one),. Then just drag-and-drop it onto another computer into it's Program Files folder, or the same one computer after a hard drive format. You don't have to actually reinstall it from scratch that way. Learned that one after a couple of reformats over here in the desert, where downloading update patches is impossible Adam / Seifker

actually, i tried that - i was planning to reformat last week, so i moved warcraft, all my pictures and music, and a few other things to my girl's comp over the network...then realized i'd lost my windows xp cd's when i moved...so, no dice on the reformat. everything worked fine when i moved it back the first time. this time, for some reason, something got messed up, even though i did the exact same thing. what really sucks, though, is that i think it started to come back about 5 minutes ago, after i thought i got rid of it. so, if any of you guys have an extra set of windows xp cd's sitting around, or some i can borrow and return through the mail, that's be awesome. i'll pay postage, of course - and i have my ID and product key and everything, i won't be pirating anybody's OS...i just need the actual discs, and i don't have $150 to buy more at the moment
