I've been noticing a few problems in the Guild Recently. These are issues that have been addressed and solved but yet still occur.
Just to list a few:
1. Asking/ Begging/ Nagging/ Harassing For Instance Runs:: This Issue is a HUGE Deal!!! It gets Annoying and ruins the Fun Factor out of the game. Now Asking for HELP on a run is perfectly fine. It shows you have a group, took initiative, and TRYING to do it your self. Their are cases where a party member leaves and you're short a person... THAT is where you may ask for Help in completing the Run. If you DO NOT have a party and want to "ride someone's coat tail" Don't pester anyone for a "Power Run". We have a Schedule beginning 01 Sept 07 with different Level Ranges that will have preference, also USE the Forum to communicate what you would like and at what time and date, but keep in mind it's not a 100% Deal!
2. Question, Comments, and Concerns:: I'm not saying "DON'T TALK TO ANYONE" I'm Just saying USE the Forums more Often to communicate about different issues.
3. Guild Banks:: DO NOT WHISPER GUILD BANKS!!! If you need to know where to send Extra Mats or gear go to "Guild Bank" Page. Everything is listed!
4. Asking for Money:: We have a Guild Forum. USE IT!!! Their is a section for "Bank Requests"
These Issues have put alot of strain on the Officers and Guild Members alike. We have had several Members and Officers leave the guild because other Members bug or harass them constantly. If i see or other Officers see a constant trend of breaking these rules you will be IMMEDIATELY removed from the guild, with no questions asked.
Me and other Officers have worked hard to Maintained this website and the Forums to better help the Guild, PLEASE Take Full Advantage of the Resources Provided.
ON A GOOD NOTE. Kara Raids are Soon Approaching. We may have a Raid Scheduled for This SATURDAY 01 Sept 07 7:00 PM Server Time. I will Post this UPDATE to the forums so we, as a Guild, can discuss any discrepancies about the rules, AND have a rough Estimate of who can Attend the Raid. Good Luck & Happy Hunting.
